After getting a quote for the necessary repairs, he was able to schedule my appointment for the following morning, on a Saturday. I’m sure my project exceeded his time expectations, as my computer had a corrupted operating system and was very slow to boot up. Victor spent the whole day with me, and was able to diagnose the problem. He had to transfer all my files to an external hard drive, reset my computer back to factory settings, and reinstall my data files, as well as reinstall all my programs. His fees were more than reasonable for his level of expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend him for your computer repair needs."See more
