- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the complexity of the job—no hidden fees or surprise charges. For data recovery, we offer a free initial diagnostic to determine what’s recoverable before you commit to anything. For custom PC builds, we provide a flat labor rate plus the cost of your chosen parts. We also offer discounts for bundled services (e.g., data recovery + PC build) and for repeat customers. We’re happy to work within your budget and will always give you a detailed estimate up front.

Once we’ve identified the scope, we provide a clear breakdown of the steps involved, timeline, and estimated cost. For data recovery, we begin with a free diagnostic to assess the situation. For PC builds, we help guide you through part selection based on your budget and performance goals. Throughout the process, we keep you informed with regular updates and make sure you're comfortable with each step before moving forward. Our goal is to make tech simple, stress-free, and fully tailored to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings together a diverse mix of formal education and hands-on experience in IT, computer engineering, and data recovery. Collectively, we hold certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, and various vendor-specific credentials from Microsoft and other major platforms. We’ve undergone specialized training in data recovery, system building, and cybersecurity, and we continuously invest in staying current with evolving technologies. With years of real-world experience working on everything from personal laptops to high-performance workstations, we combine technical expertise with practical problem-solving to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
