Mike was recommended by a friend, he is my savior since. Every time I have issues with my network or computer he always been prompt in calling back. He's worked on my HP LaserJet and Xerox Phaser printers as well as our LaserJet plotters when they went down. Very personable and professional and very dependable. I am a business owner and I can always depend on his support and specialty when i need him.

He is honest in his assessments and recommendations. He thinks that parts for my 5-year old Epson printer plus his labor to fix it, is not worth it compared to buying a new one. And I believed him, because I saw a new wifi Epson printer/copier/scanner for my purpose for less than $60.00 from Amazon.
