FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have varied pricing systems depending on project size and scope. One size does NOT fit all
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with home owners, contractors, architects. My first priority is finding out what there known and unknown needs are and budget expectations. I try to figure out who will use the equipment and how. It's an interview, basically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained/certified by many manufacturers and thru CEDIA courses as well Manufacturers training included MacIntosh, Marantz, Denon, Sony and Sony ES, Control4, JVC, Panasonic, Draper, Pioneer, Monitor Audio, Bose, Screen Innovations, Integra and Onkyo, URC, RTi, B&W, Dahlquist, Kef, JBL, Harmon Kardon, Klipsch, Sonos, Stewart Film Scren, Heos, Russound, Niles and many others during 30 years working with Audio Video systems. Completed specialized courses in Home Theater and Audio Studio construction and Design, Acoustics and Surround Technologies. Also trained in Networking and Wireless networks, Cable and Satellite Distribution Systems and Electrical Wiring, I am also familiar with home construction techniques and all pre-wire work will pass relevant inspections from framing to electrical and fire/sprinkler.
