Mekenna talks to me ahead of our session about my goals, limitations, headspace, etc., and comes up with a flow specifically for me. She walks me through every step and explains the “why” and “how” behind every move - all along keeping the intentions we set for the day in mind. I love every second of it! I was worried about it being virtual and how she’d be able to correct anything I was doing wrong, but that proved to be no problem at all. She has a way of explaining things in a way that makes perfect sense. She pays attention and challenges me in all the right ways so that it truly is a mind and totally body workout.
