Hello, my name is Marie and I want to be your trainer! I am a Group Fitness instructor in a lovely studio and teaching private sessions in my clients' home. My mission is to prove you that your body & mind are strong and connected. You will also discover how improvements occur quickly with the proper training! I will guide you into an efficient & fun training routine according to your fitness goals and will make sure that you keep motivated! I am a Certified Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor originally from Canada. I love hearing from my clients how much they feel the change in their strength & their energy level.
