r says, "Discount Plumbing has been our go-to plumber for 30 yrs!They installed a back flow valve and pressure vessel. Replaced 60 feet of sewer line that had collapsed. They used their trench-less system and did not have to dig up the yard. They even went under our driveway saving us thousands!They cut out the old clean out and replaced with a new one and cemented it in. And installed an extra clean out. Everything looks great!They also replaced 2 toilets and cleared out clogged drains over the years.Always quick to respond and good communication. No surprises!I never inquired with other plumbers because I know Discount will do what they say they will at great pricing! And on time!"See more

We discovered there had been flooding underneath my house, which was stressful, but Vince explained everything clearly and walked us through the solution. He was able to source and apply absorbent granules, fully address the issue, and complete the work within the same day, which was a HUGE relief. Considering the longer the issue, the bigger and faster the problem would grow. What really stood out to us was the honesty and transparency. We had received other quotes well over $5,000, but Vince took the time to explain the pricing in detail, answered all our questions, and came in at about half the cost without cutting corners. This made me happy, not because I was saving money, but I dont feel I was being taken advantage of which has happened withbother plumbers in the past. The team was thorough, professional, and efficient, and we felt confident the work was done right. We truly appreciate the communication and integrity throughout the process. We will absolutely recommend them to friends, co workers and family and will be using them again for any future plumbing needs. Dimitri did an outstanding job with the install and did it alone. Impressive because it was an all day job! What I most appreciated is when I had some trouble getting hot water the next day, they came right out and got everything situated; it was just a setting on the mixing valve, no big deal. He even came back half an hour later to make sure we were still getting hot water. We definitely felt taken care of. Highly recommend!"See more
