Yesterday was the first day of training and all I can say is I got really lucky finding Mark. He's a very nice guy, he works with you perfectly, he's personable and genuinely cares. The really cool thing about working with Mark is that I'm walking away from our meetings feeling super motivated, even more than I expected. I'm looking forward to working with him through my journey of getting back to where I want to be weight and health-wise. I highly recommend Mark!
I highly recommend Roger to anyone interested in group training, personal training, or for any fitness goal that anyone may have. Roger really dedicate his time and energy to his clients to makes sure that the workouts are always invigorating, safe, fun, and never repetitive. I can guarantee there are no limits to his workouts; the word impossible is not in his vocabulary. I saw results within the first two months of working out and really enjoyed the energy and support from Roger. If there were more stars to give I would give him more!
Johanna is a great person. She is a consumate professional and pushes herself to the max with training her clients. She is consistently staying on top of new trainings and is always open to trying new things. A person can't go wrong training with Johanna!
Rochelle is amazing - I was really nervous to start working out after a rough year, and training with Rochelle is the best thing I could have done for myself . She really takes the time to "read" you and structure the workouts in a way that is challenging (for sure) but not intimidating or unnecessarily brutal. She's just on point - I already feel a difference after a month and I actually look forward to it. The woman knows what she's doing. She's also really fun and charming.
I worked with Margo over the course of about 5 months and had a great experience. I had already been exercising consistently for a while but Margo helped me bring my fitness to a whole new level. He created a personalized workout plan that incorporated the things I wanted to focus on: functional fitness and MMA. Throughout our time together we also modified and tweaked my workout to focus on my weaknesses. He was always available for questions and delivered on his promises. If I didn't have to move away I would still be training with Margo, and I highly recommend him to any of my friends who want to push themselves past their comfort zone.

I just want to start off by saying thanks a lot for the great workout Jacob! My arms and legs feel like noodles! Jacob has a great attitude and made the time he was training me enjoyable, even tho I was sweating and my body was feeling the burn! Haley is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness is increasing and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to box, complete more sit ups / core exercises, Haley pushes me harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. I must be a glutton for punishment. Importantly: Haley ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Cruz for a year, certifying personal trainers and training tactical athletes. His level of knowledge and professionalism were instrumental to the success of our program. Mr. Cruz always seemed to be able to relate to the athletes, regardless of their background and goals. I have been training with Marcos for a few months now. I love that he has had all the patience in the world for me but also pushes me when I need it. Before hiring him I had a very low self esteem and wasn't feeling good about myself. I train with him 4x per week and I absolutely love it! Now that I have improved my body by toning up I feel great about myself and I have a lot less stress. The one thing I enjoy the most is that he comes to me and I don't have to make another drive once I've gotten home from work. He is very professional and I recommend him to all of my friends that need to lose weights.
I am a mom of 2 and I was really having a hard time finding time to work out. Vanessa has helped me by creating a workout plan I can do at home. She got me started on the online program which is so great! It shows me videos of the strength training exercises so I know exactly how to do them. She also meets with me once a week at the gym which has helped tremendously since I have never used weights before. The meal plan is also great, she is showing me what good foods to put into my diet to get the best results. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Vanessa she is always available and answers all of my crazy questions and her price is unbeatable. I really can't imagine training without her.
Danny is the most knowledgable trainer I have ever hired. Not only is he skilled in basic muscle-fitness training exercises, he also is incredibly knowledgeable in nutrition and how it correlates to the human metabolic system. Cutting right to the chase, beginning personal training with Brittney Reyna(Reign Athletics) at Self Made Training Facility is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am 34 years old and at no point in my life have I ever looked as good, felt as good or had as much confidence as I do now. I had been wanting get in shape for a long time but had no clue where to begin. I didn't know what exercises to do, what to eat or what gym would be a good fit for me. That's when I found Brittney and Self Made Training Facility. Training with Brittney is like being on a two person team. She cares just as much about my fitness goals as I do. Brittney has a genuine love for her profession and it shows. Whatever exercise we are doing she makes sure my form is correct and always pushes me to my limit to get the most out of the exercise. Brittney also keeps the exercises varied and challenging to get the best results. She always addresses any questions or concerns I have even on days we aren't training. Then there's the food. Brittney ensures I am getting proper nutrition with a custom made meal plan. The meal plan is easy to follow and made up of foods I enjoy. She changes and adjusts the plan as necessary to keep me on track. Brittney has been a great instructor, motivator and ally in my fitness journey. I have a ways to go yet to reach my goal but I have every confidence I will get there with her help. I couldn't ask for more. As far as the facility, Self Made Training Facility has all of the equipment you expect to find in a top notch gym and everything is clean and well maintained. The atmosphere, however, is what really sets Self Made apart from other gyms. Every time I come in I see other happy, energetic clients being pushed, motivated and encouraged towards their fitness goals by their trainers. Everyone is friendly, upbeat and positive. Its a place you want to be at, not have to be at. So there you have it, Brittney(IG @ReignandGain) and Self Made are the real deal, 100 out of 100. My only regret is not starting sooner!
