Chef Thomas made my mother’s birthday dinner incredible! Planning the dishes with him felt so effortless. He was able to accommodate both Vegan and Gluten Free options and was very thoughtful about making them just as spectacular as the other dishes he served! Everything we tasted from the appetizers to dessert was top notch. After the party was winding down, Chef Thomas and his assistant left our kitchen absolutely spotless. The stove was sparkling like it was new! I would 100% recommend Chef Thomas if you want a private chef experience that is elevated, charming, and delicious.

Thomas did a great job feeding our family of 14 at my husband's sit down, family-style, birthday dinner. We coordinated while we were still on the east coast, and on the day of the event, he executed perfectly. We had more than enough food for even family who happened to drop by. It was really great and my husband loved the steaks! He showed up on time, made a variety of original sauces, and cleaned up in a snap. Thanks Thomas for taking great care of us!

Chef Tom came to our home to prepare and serve an unforgettable four-course dinner, complete with two signature cocktails perfectly tailored to our party theme. From the beginning, he was incredibly easy to work with—responsive, organized, detail-oriented, professional, and completely reliable. He made the entire experience feel seamless, allowing us to relax and enjoy the evening with our guests.
Every course was creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely incredible. The entire meal was truly a masterpiece. Literally everything Chef Tom prepared—from the first bite to the final course, including the themed signature cocktails—was every bit as exceptional as the food and drinks you would find at a highly rated New York City restaurant.
This was a genuinely high-end, distinctive experience that made our celebration feel extraordinarily special. We cannot recommend Chef Tom highly enough!

I have hired Chef Tom for a number of things; weekly meal prep, small private dinner, and large parties. His food is always incredible! Not only does he use my preference of sustainable, organic ingredients but his menu options are SO wide! He can prepare any ethnicity of food and only uses ingredients and spices specific to those dishes. Additionally, he has always accommodated all food allergies and preferences my family & guests have without issue. His hourly rate is lower than other personal chefs I considered, without compromising efficiency and quality.
He communicated with me throughout each process to ensure his menu fit what I wanted. He shops wherever your preference is, so you are for sure getting the quality of ingredients you want. I have hired him many times and will continue to hire him for any and all food-related needs my family has! Chef Tom is definitely the way to go for your family and special events!

Chef Jamison was truly wonderful, and we feel so lucky to have had him cook for us. Every single thing he made was absolutely delicious. You could really taste the care, passion, and thought he put into every dish, and honestly, we enjoyed every bite.

Beyond the incredible food, Jamison was such a pleasure to have around. He was warm, friendly, easygoing, and incredibly easy to work with. He made everything feel so natural and effortless, and his personality added so much to the experience.

It’s rare to come across someone who is not only exceptionally talented at what they do but is also such a genuinely lovely person. Jamison is truly one of a kind. He went above and beyond, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. We would absolutely have him cook for us again in a heartbeat!
