The job was to remove a wooden patio cover. H&A said they could do the work on the following Monday but I had Friday off and wanted the work done then. They were very accommodating and came out Fri and got the work done in 3 hours. Very friendly, professional, worked quickly and safely. The work I described understated the number/type of cement blocks to be removed but they didn't mind and didn't try to use that to raise the price. They stuck to the quoted price. I will use them again and would refer them to friends/family.

the hardest part was letting someone in to my personal as well as business stuff and let go being self-concious of the my messier side of life. she is kind, insightful, professional, thoughtful, and really is special. she asked questions to help her how to set things up. she helped me chose where spending more helps and where it doesnt really matter. she performs well both with oversight and on her own. nice she didnt mind my intial hovering, and rolled on in my absence. she really made a huge difference. it wasnt just her cleaning things up and putting them away. she created areas and systems that are going to be so easy to maintain. appreciate her on ever level. highly recommend her.
Working with Amy was literally a life-changing event. After downsizing more than 1400 sq ft, multiple military moves, and more than a decade of acquiring "essentials", my guest bedroom had really become a holding room for whatever random papers, stuff, and junk until I could get around to sorting through them (we all know that would basically be never). It was stressing me out, and overflowing into the rest of my home. Amy came in and literally revitalized the room...giving it function to the variety of requirements I had for it. More important than physically sorting and purging was the PROCESS that Amy worked through with me (accounting for my habits) to make it manageable to maintain long-term. Double bonus that she was super fun to work with, offered an objective third party set of eyes, and was never pushy about items that we chose to purge (or not). More than a year later (and another military move) I find myself still asking "Amy" questions...looking to see if I REALLY need something both when I purge and when I bring something into my home. Ultimately, she has saved my sanity and my wallet. So worth the investment!!!
