At first, I was hesistant to hire Shea because she has limited videos online (I advised her to upload more 😄) and just few reviews here. I'm not so familiar with her genre. Good thing i found videos of her songs i know on youtube. She was the best deal i have found. I hired Shea to be our solo musician and emcee. She is an amazing singer and plays the piano really well. Very easy to work with. Although we have some mistakes with the program flow, I can't blame her because i just gave her the script and we had no practice prior. My wedding went well and most of my guests said that she's awesome! One even said that we should hire her in our next event! She is very flexible and you can request your preferred song. Thanks Shea for making my event a blast! I will definitely hire her again.
I'm so incredibly happy I found Shea (or she found me) through thumbtack. I had not been considering a vocalist, but when she sent her bid and I heard her voice, I fell in love. She sang with piano and guitar accompaniment at our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and it was magical! I asked her to do a rendition of Barry White's You're the first, the last, my everything and I wanted cry it was so beautiful. Book her immediately!
We hired Shea for our Christmas Party. She was a great communicator in the run up and provided excellent piano playing and a beautiful voice. She was also the sweetest girl and you could tell would have done whatever it took to make the booking go well. Everyone loved her so if you need a performer don't hesitate to book Shea!
Jeff taught my daughter violin for over two years. Jeff also gave me guitar lessons. His talent for music is extraordinary. Moreover, Jeff is a true professional when teaching kids and adults. His patience and methods of explaining the fundamentals of music is next to none. On numerous occassions, he remained well after the lesson to insure that the lesson was fully grasped. It's because of this and more that I highly recommend Jeff Wilder to anyone who is interested in learning music.
We've worked with Jeff for 5 years. He taught my son how to play guitar, piano and violin. His lessons were professional and he was able to teach on my son's level to keep him eager to learn more. Jeff became family over the years. We're blessed to have had Jeff's incredible gifts/talents/knowledge deposited into our son. We highly recommend Jeff for any age and level.
I am a beginner with no past experience and Jeff is very patient in teaching me the basics of learning the piano, and explains everything step by step.
Louise is such a wonderful teacher and a great person to work with in teaching music. When I first contacted her she did not have any open slots but was able to squeeze in both my son and daughter for lessons in her schedule. My daughter was only learning piano at first but she has since added violin and sign language lessons. Louise even provided her a violin to start with and tunes it each time we have lessons. Her prices are very reasonable and will even loan any used books she has. It is incredibly hard to find good music teachers in Hemet/San Jacinto who are consistent (we went through several at an online booking service) let alone affordable without having to go to Murrieta/Temecula. Louse is an absolute gem. If you are looking for one don't hesitate contacting Louise, you won't regret it.
I highly recommend Ms. Louise. My piano and voice lessons with her are fabulous. She is a wonderful teacher, highly motivated, and she doesn't leave out any details in her lessons. Very patient with small children and enjoys having them in her studio, my daughter is always excited going to her lessons. It amazed me how much my daughter learned in her first lesson and continues to gain from Ms. Louise. If you decided to select her as your music teacher, you will be impressed with her professionalism, and personal attention she gives you in each lesson. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful instructor.
Louise Ryan is wonderful Louise Ryan is wonderful! She is an excellent teacher and I am very much enjoying my violin lessons.
My children had rarely seen a piano before visiting Dr Lees. 20 minutes later they were playing a duet variation of a classic piano piece. I was pleasantly surprised and simply blown away. We are now set up for lessons with her. I am very pleased with this teacher thus far. I've been interviewing many individuals and my children, 5 & 7, engaged and responded so well to Dr Lees. What a great find, degrees in music, child psychology. It's almost too good to be true. She is warm, creative in her teaching approach, exceptionally patient, intriguingly talented, and ultimately she can yield results. My children absolutely love and respect her, interview process done! She is a diamond in the rough!
I found Susan last year and fell in love with her sweet soul. Immediately I knew she was right for me. She's not only very knowledgeable but she's also very good at explaining and teaching. I've learned so much and continue to grow. I've decided to sign my daughter up as well. Now we are both learning together. I would recommend Susan to anyone who's learning for the first time or wants to get back to playing the piano.
Learning a new instrument can be intimidating and a bit overwhelming but having a great instructor who is patient and positive makes all the difference. I'm progressing much more than I thought with my paino lessons thanks to Brent. The lessons are reasonably priced and very engaging. So, if you're looking to learn a new instrument or brush up on your skills give Brent "Sensi" Simpson a call. -"Step into the Dojo!"
Brent is an outstanding teacher!!!! He exceeds my expectations in every way. He helps me progress quickly and makes me feel confident in my skills. He's extremely professional while maintaining a fun and lighthearted atmosphere. He is always on time but flexible and accomadating to my schedule if it needs to change. He is pretty much the best and most qualified teacher out there and I've tried several.
My daughter always walks out of her piano lesson with Brent, wearing a big smile. He is affordable, versatile and knowledge. We look forward to working with him throughout the years to come.
I took vocal lessons from Cindy for almost a full two years (maybe 2 and a half? It was awhile ago). She was wonderful at helping me find my strengths and eliminating my weaknesses through practicing different genres of music and styles of singing. Throughout my years with Cindy I also performed in my schools choir and auditioned for multiple roles in musical theater productions and thanks to my lessons with Cindy I was able to improve myself as a performer and a vocalist. To this day her lessons have helped me practice proper vocal warm ups and technic.
Cindy taught my two sons in a Let's Play Music class for young children. Wow, she is amazing! My children loved her, and learned so much. She had great energy and made each child in class feel special. Cindy was great at keeping the class engaged--quite a task with a class full of young boys! It was also a treat to listen to her lovely voice. My kids loved "Miss Cindy," and our next teacher couldn't quite live up to her. Whether for group classes or private lessons, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cindy.
What more can I say...Cindy is AMAZING! My daughters have learned so much from taking voice lessons from Cindy (and I have too)! She is VERY knowledgeable, talented, and knows just the perfect way to approach and teach each of my girls. One of these days I'm even going to sign myself up for lessons! You'll never regret your choice of having Cindy be your voice coach, teacher and mentor!
Five stars for all of the above! Luann inspires my daughter to LOVE playing music! After Luann asked careful questions, listened, and observed, then all of her teaching became adapted to my daughter's unique way of learning. Now, on my ten year old's own accord, she practices until she is proud to perform a new piece with confident, wild, enthusiastic, solemn feeling in each note with expression beyond her age...

I am a music teacher in Coachella Valley, teaching piano, guitar, bass, drums and ukulele. I have a bachelor's degree in music performance and a master's degree in music composition. I teach 30 students weekly and additionally teach The History of Rock and Roll at College of the Desert.
I have loved being a musician and sharing the joy of music since I was 9 years old! Playing and studying classical piano and Harp made all the difference in academics and in helping me to have the confidence to become more comfortable socially. I began my musical studies at Northwestern University and Interlochen as a young person. I attended USC School of Performing Arts, and later taught in the USC Children's School and Immaculae Heart College. I have given recitals, played as soloist with an orchestra on both the piano and Harp. I have been trained in the Suzuki Program for young children, and other musical programs for young children. I have been teaching professionally since I was 21 years old.
I teach electric and acoustic guitar/electric bass and beginner piano/keyboard lessons. I find out what the students' musical goals are, including the challenges and current playing level, and customize the lessons accordingly. I have plenty of experience with private and group classes as well as with special needs students. I am friendly, super patient, organized and punctual. Samples of my playing can be heard at SoundCloud
Learn to play the piano. I teach piano. I have been teaching since I was at a very young age. I work with all ages and have had some very successful students. I love what I do.
My name is Breanna; I've been playing piano for seven years since the age of 14 and studying music theory for the past three years. I've always had a passion for both music and teaching, not only do I want to make great music, but I want to help others learn to create great music. I have both the patience and will to help others learn. I have been playing piano and taking piano lessons for seven years since the age of fourteen. I am currently enrolled in the music program at Mt. San Jacinto College, awaiting to get my A.A.in music. I believe I have the sufficient ability to transfer my knowledge of the piano to my students via learning techniques that I have learned along the way of my own piano lessons, such as different techniques in helping build-hand independence, proper fingering and posture as well as general knowledge of scales, chords, melody, and harmony.
