- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are briefed over the phone and followed up by a free inspection. Our inspector will determine the plan of action and deliver you our recommendation and a quote. We are never pushy and encourage you to look around and talk to other companies. We are very confident in our process and our results speak for themselves. We are here to help and our only goal is to provide you with a real solution and leave you will a smile on your face and your home and peace of mind back.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In all honesty I fell into this business randomly with my partner we started out as service technicians and quickly realized the joy we received in making our customers happy and solving their problems. After a while we became branch managers and after 10 years in the industry we had seen enough of the good the bad and the ugly we decided we had to start our own company to provide a service truly based around its customers and our employees.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently serviced a family who already had 2 other companies out to try and free them of their rat infestation. Sad to say the 1st two companies did not solve their problem however as desperate and rightfully skeptical of letting another pest control company into their home they allowed us the opportunity to help them. We found numerous entry points sealed them that day and trapped for a few weeks by the 3rd week there was no signs of rats and the family was ecstatic that they got their home and peace of mind back! To see the genuine happiness and relief on their faces is why we do what we do!
