- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process very simple when it comes to working with new customers. First, we set up an appointment for a FREE IN-HOME ESTIMATE. Next, we'll show up on time and diagnose the problem your garage door or opener may have, and provide an estimate for the repair cost. If you feel comfortable with our pricing, service, and qualifications, we can proceed with the job immediately since we carry all the necessary parts to repair almost any garage door. Once the job is completed, we'll walk you through what we have done. Of course, we offer preventive maintenance recommendations to help our customers avoid future issues and prolong the lifespan of their garage doors. Finally, customers can choose their preferred payment method and complete the transaction with an invoice. That simple.
