FOR NUTRITION* I am not a RD, only certified in nutrition through ISSA. My services include setting macronutrients and calories, adding in training programs and check ins. I cannot prescribe you a specific meal plan.

Jill’s an incredible trainer who you can tell is truly passionate about the people working with her. While she’s an absolute genius with weight training, understanding muscle and mind connection and the way the body moves, it’s her belief in body positivity, attention to detail and the mental aspects of training and health that sets her apart. I’ve been working with her for half of a year now, and I’ve seen massive changes in both my body and how I approach my fitness and health! I’m so much happier and am finally looking at myself in a positive light, and I can’t thank her enough for that. Do yourself a favor and hire this woman!

Jill is the best! Her workouts are so challenging and fun! I’ve learned a lot about how to properly fuel my body. And she’s super relatable and has a lot of similar experience with poor body image and has given my lots of tools to combat that. I’m so grateful to have worked with her!!

I began working with Jillian several months ago. I am an older woman who has been pretty athletic all my life. I was concerned that as I age, I would get weaker, which is something I did not want to do. Jillian has pushed me gently but firmly to continue to lift more and more. This slow and gradual process has put me in the best shape of my life. I appreciate her positive attitude and encouragement. Although she is young, she and I have built a great rapport and she is always available if I have a question.
