Lila is an INCREDIBLE trainer! If you are hesitant about working out or don’t know where to start, she will guide you through it all! I have never been the athletic type but having her as a trainer makes me excited to do physical activity and training. I have been able to start changing my lifestyle with her help and am SOOO EXCITED to see where I will be in the near future under her guidance. You will NOT regret booking her.

Lila is truly amazing. I've been training with her for a few weeks and I could not be happier with my results. I've never worked with a trainer before and I was a little hesitant at first but now I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. You can tell she is passionate about helping people reach their goals. She genuinely cares about my progress as if it were her own and is extremely thorough with teaching me how to effectively do the workouts with emphasizing healthy ways to live rather than just focus on the number on the scale. I was already motivated to seek a trainer but she has truly helped me learn to love working out while focusing on living a healthier lifestyle. I train with her three times a week and we have done something different EVERY single time. She's seriously awesome and soooo encouraging. I highly highly recommend Lila. She goes above and beyond. Total gem.

If you want to see results and enjoy working out at the same time, hire her as your personal trainer. Not only will you get results from her HIIT workouts (high intensity interval training), I guarantee she won't make you feel uncomfortable or feel like she is staring you down as you workout because she does the workout alongside you. It's great motivation to keep pushing through the workouts even when they get tough because she doesn't quit. She is extremely effective and she always keeps your goals in the forefront of her mind. You achieving the results you want is one of her main goals. Beyond seeing results, she wants you to enjoy your experience. She is great at catering to your needs as long as she is made aware of your circumstances. She knows how to properly challenge you so every workout feels totally worth it. You won't regret hiring her. If you want to see results, and have fun while working out, she is the trainer for you! I should know because I lost 25lbs in 2 months by doing her workouts weekly. I'm 5'6" and female. My starting weight was 160lbs and my end weight was 135lbs. I'd still be working out with her if we lived in the same state.
