They found and a store, put the parts on reserve, and while I picked them up the plumber was already on his way to our house. As soon as he arrived, he was respectful and professional and began the repair. Within one hour, we had our hot water restored. The speed and customer service at this company is extraordinary. I was looking for a plumbing service to install the water softener for my home. I found Peter online with great reviews. Peter was very responsive, and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure which product to buy for the water softener system, but he gave me lots of information and explained it well (which helped me a lot to find the right product). I know its really hard to find a good plumbing service, but I think I found the right one:) Mario, the plumber who came to my house, was very friendly and professional. I will definitely call Peter/Mario for any future plumbing needs.
