He responded quickly on Thumbtack and was very straightforward and fair when I asked for an estimate — no runaround, which I really appreciated. We needed several projects completed, including installing two new bathroom vents, a new electric stovetop, a hard-wired LED mirror, and a new light switch. He even offered to stop by beforehand to review everything in person at no charge, which we were grateful for. Jason completed all the work efficiently, took the time to educate us on important safety measures we weren’t aware of, and was kind enough to remove a wall lamp for us at no additional cost. We will definitely be hiring him again. If you’re looking for an honest, fair, and reliable electrician, he’s the guy for the job."See more

I told Alex that I needed a fan installed, but that it hadn't come in yet. Fast forward to today (Sunday). I got home from a trip to LA at 2:30, saw my fan had been delivered, and texted Alex to see what his availability was. I was surprised when he said that he could come at 6 PM today. I took him up on his offer. He came out, was polite and professional, and did a great job with the fan. I realize that this is a competitive business, but answering in the middle of the night and then running over on a couple hours notice is going above and beyond. I'll definitely be using Alex again!"See more

I bought an EV August 2024. It was remarkably difficult for me to find L2 chargers that were both available and functional. I bought a home charger and Dmitry installed it; sadly it was incompatible with the wiring in my 70 year old home. Dmitry continued to work with me for about a month, ultimately suggesting that I return the original charger. He sent me a link to buy a new (less expensive!) charger (which I did) and he installed it for free! He was very accommodating, always responsive to my texts, and he knows A LOT about electricity. I like that he explained everything thoroughly and that he was committed to me charging my car at home. I would definitely work with him again.

He did not list detail of the parts he provided (60 amp circuit breaker and wire) and installed for my EV charger even I have requested many time via emails and texts. I am very concerned about the safety on the job did. He promised completing the job properly but did not keep his words (INTEND NOT TO LISTING THE PARTS HE PROVIDED - SAFETY ISSUE).

As a EV owner, I seemed out quotes from multiple sources, private, and other businesses. I remembered thumbtack and decided to look there. From beginning to end, the guy was awesome, communicative, and fair and flexible! No pressure at all and he was honest. The day of, he communicated effectively, arrived on time, and completed the Tesla home charger install in an astonishing time. He honored the price and was super pleasant to be around.
