- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual, couples, or group training, and depending on the frequency of your training sessions, the price will vary. I have monthly packages set up so that the more you train, the more you save!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial free consultation, we will discuss in depth what your training goals are. I will take weight and body measurements to assess what your caloric intake needs are and to track your progress before we start our sessions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I became a mom in July 2022 and had gained 60 pounds during my pregnancy, I lost all of the weight after 9 months of consistent training. A year later, I lost 80 pounds and got in the best shape of my life! The passion, determination, and knowledge, I have when it comes to fitness is something I want to share with others- especially postpartum moms! Plus I’ve been athletic all of my life, playing sports throughout school, and falling in love with the gym after high school. The gym has been a safe place to escape from life and feel good in my mind, body, and spirit. This is what I love and feel passionate about, so I am never really working!
