Working with Vanesa has been awesome. Both my partner and I hired her as our nutritionist. She has taken the time to help us see our individual challenges with food and how small, incremental changes can be sustainable. She checks in on us daily and we meet by phone weekly. Working with her has really inspired us and the pacing of change has been perfect. Vanesa is a true professional.

Eric Jay as a fitness/nutritionist coach is thumbs up! After working out with him in his beautiful home in Rolling Hills Estates I was impressed. He was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. After an hour long consultation he was able to pin-point the problems with my diet and exercise. We then where able started designing a life style that would fit my needs and be realistic. No starvation! I’m noticing a difference already! If you think you have an obesity problem or just want to lose a few pounds and firm up, I highly recommend you contact Eric Jay.

I met with Christy Nelson and spoke with her my goals including what health issues I have. She is very knowledgable and I was impressed that she had taken the initiative to prior to meeting with me she already had looked up some of the concerns & health issues I have. I had been feeling tired and sick all the time and going through a plethora of unknown skin allergies and emotions and a friend of mine suggested I talk to a dietitian/nutritionist. I met with Sascha and as I began to explain my long drawn out physical issues, she asked me a few simple questions and was able to give me an analysis of exactly what I needed to change my diet and eating habits to help improve my overall wellness. It was much more detailed than just your standard diet and excercise and she provided me with a plan that was suited to me. I'm grateful to Sascha for spending that time with me and giving me the expert perspective I needed. And I'm glad to report I'm feeling better, more energized, and I now enjoy looking for the healthier organic food options because I know they make me feel better!

    Christa, and her services, are all you need for holistic wellness. As a massage therapist she integrates her extensive knowledge of anatomy with intuition, to create the massage you need for healing, relaxation, or rehab. As a nutritionist, she gives clear advice based on her years of research and strong listening to your goals and or symptoms. She also connects with the emotions that are commonly tied to symptoms like chronic pain, chronic fatigue, injury, illness, and poor health. Christa tells you what you need to hear, without judgement, and with compassion and authenticity. She has been a life changer for me, first supporting me in cutting gluten out of my diet, and then cutting out sugar. Without her, I wouldn't have known why I should, beloved I could, or known how to- step by step. I can't say enough about her talent, commitment, and passion for helping people to live their healthiest life possible.

    Rande is very thorough and knowledgeable. She was very patient and did a full evaluation. Based on my symptoms she recommend a great course of treatment using supplements and gave me suggestions on other changes to make. I workout 5 days a week and thought that I was relatively healthy- Seeing Rande took me to the next level. If you are looking to feel better or adopt a healthier lifestyle- I would recommend seeing a nutritionist-Rande is excellent!

    Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work. I also, learned by the end of the week the body balances its nutritional intake. Thank you, Lisa.
