I have worked with many other personal trainers before however Ordae training has been the most effective training I have done yet! The team has showed clear enthusiasm for training and have helped me get to the body shape I always wanted. With my Ordae training I was able to make all my goals possible with lots of motivation from them. So amazing!

Honestly one of the best trainers I’ve ever had, He takes his time with me and offers me the best routine for me. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better trainer and it’s super affordable.

Working with William was a pleasure. I met him at Gym Love in South Lake Tahoe back in 2020. 67 at the time with 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement. I had trainers before but I still struggled to sit down, bend my knees or walk up the stairs without needing to hold onto something. The first thing William said to me was "we need to reprogram the mind first in krder to break past the mental barrier we've pushed on ourselves through injuries." He was very patient, kind and not gentle pushed me with tough body weight exercises that I did not even know worked muscles I did not know about. After 2 months and my time to go back to Sacramento was up I can now walk up the stairs without assistance and my squats, and overall strength has increased. Feeling better and active!
