For the time I was training with him it was more than I expected! He made me feel very comfortable working with him . As well as made me feel like I was a celebrity working out! I kid you not! He gets to know you and understand the best way to talk to you and work you out!! He even gave me stretching tips to help my body recover ! He was able to motivate me and I’m a really difficult person to motivate. I know that working with him is a amazing step into the right direction! I already see the difference in my body and mind! Accommodating with my price range, specially during these times!
