The Fresh Start Movers guys are great. Kyle called when he said he would. They showed up when they said they would and they took the amount of time they estimated. These guys work from the moment they get to your door. I'm not sure they can spell "slow". Very courteous, fast, friendly and freakishly good at handling heavy furniture. The 3 hour rather than 4 hour minimum was perfect for me since I had a small move of heavy stuff. I will use them again next time.

This was my first time trying to hire a professional via Thumbtack platform and it was a very good experience. After submiting the request, I received 3 quotes from different movers, and Pavel was one of them. He stood out among the three because of his responsiveness and reasonable price. Before hiring him, I was a bit concerned given that he had only one review before. But Im glad that I decided to hire him. Pavel was very careful with my stuffs, especially my computer (they also provided a small blanket to cover my table top) He was flexible as well when I asked him if he could stop by Ikea and Living Spaces store for me to pick up some furniture. Overall, I give Pavel and his crew 5 stars for their professionalism. I'll definitely contact him again for future move

My Move movers managed our move this weekend. They were experienced and helpful with boxing up even our fine art. They were efficient, friendly, and trustworthy. When we arrived in San Francisco I was doubting they could fit everything in our tight storage. But they were successful! If I need movers, I will call them without a doubt!

These guys were very friendly and helpful. The moved our junk out very quickly. It was a bit pricey when you compare value to all the work our apartment movers did for us recently, but it was worth it because they came at short notice even though they'd clearly had a long day. Would recommend them to others.

This was the first time using Thumbtack and MP Movers delivered far beyond what I expected. They were professional and had all of the tools needed to complete the job. Communication was great and they were proactive in making sure that everyone was on the same page. I specially liked that they were prepared to take payment through credit card. I would absolutely hire MP Movers again.

Arrived slightly before appointment time and walked through the house with me. Moved my 3 bedroom house 40 miles away and it took them 8 hrs. Communicating with the movers was a challenge due to limited English proficiency, but you can call their company and a receptionist will explain a more complicated message. I would use them again.

I used Mulea at Bayside Moving and was extremely impressed. Having used multiple movers throughout the years, I had tempered expectations. However, this was the best moving experience I ever had. My job had a tight timetable so I built in a large buffer into my bid. Not only did Bayside come on time, they were early by 10 minutes! Their communication was supurb and texted the day before and also called before arriving. The driver worked fast and was really friendly throughout the move. They are a local Oakland based firm and it felt good to support a small business owner. Without a doubt the best moving service i have ever used. Getting the estimate took 10 minutes and the move finished within the estimate. 2br apartment with a flight of stairs to my new townhome. Highly recommend Ultimate Movers and definitely going to use their services for my next move.
