- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive in pricing. The only difference is we use name brands with warranties and do not cut corners. We provide quality and craftsmanship. We follow building codes and standards in the industry, unlike many other contractors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to go over project. Take detailed notes with measurements, listen to the client in their wants and wishes, prepare a quote and project summary. When quote is approved, we create a contract and meet with client to go over contract page by page. Answer any questions and help with design and selection of finish materials.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold several certificates from manufactures a top of having over 20 years in the home construction and remodeling industry.
