Small Group Training: (3-6 people per session) 3 days/week-$300/month 2 days/week-$250/month 1 day/week-$200/month Individual Training: 4 sessions/week-$699/month 3 sessions/week-$549/month 2 sessions/month-$359/month Online Coaching: Premium Coaching -$199/month (includes customized meal planning, ongoing holistic nutrition coaching, customized fitness programs, weekly success coaching sessions via videoconference) Standard Coaching- $99/month (includes fitness programs, ongoing nutritional support, standardized meal plans, bi-weekly coaching success sessions via videoconference) Discounts: $10 off for each referral that signs up for a program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process includes scheduling a fitness consultation either by videoconference or in person. During the meeting, we will establish your goals, go over your health history and perform an assessment to ensure a proper fitness and nutrition coaching program can be developed.

I have 14 years of experience as a fitness professional.
