Aaron is a very motivational workout trainer/partner. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding different workout techniques and activities tailored for different body types and goals you'd like to reach. He not only instructs you, but teaches along the way. Aaron also provided me with great nutrition tips and even went grocery shopping with me. Working out with him did not feel like a chore, he made sure to make it fun. With Aaron, I looked forward to working out, we did everything from free weights, plyometrics, boxing, and sprints. It was nice to have a trainer who actually knew what he was doing and didn't charge a ridiculous amount to hire!
Maxwell was my personal trainer for a little over a year. During that time, I totally rediscovered fitness and had a fun time getting into really great shape. I met with him 2-3 times per week and each workout kept me guessing. We did tons of fun stuff in the gym - kettlebell work, traditional weight lifting, plyometrics, agility & flexibility stuff. He didn't just tell me what to do - he taught me HOW to do it, and WHY we were doing it. Also, Maxwell was fun and easy to work with. He was not intimidating at all & he's completely nonjudgmental. I always felt super comfortable working with him - which was difficult, since when we first started training together, I was new to the gym experience and felt very weak and unsure of myself. I always was scared of weight lifting because I didn't want to look 'manly'. I could not have been more wrong! I've honestly never been happier with my body. Maxwell's encouragement to lift heavy and work out intensely helped me become passionate about going to the gym and actually enjoying it. Based on his suggestion, I started competing in local NPC Bikini competitions and just walked away with 2nd place at the Colorado Open!! I could not have gotten this far without his excellent coaching and his personal passion for fitness. It was contagious, and I strongly recommend him to anyone.
Ron is a tremendous trainer. I was lucky enough to happen upon him while he worked at a gym I frequent. Every trainer is different. And while most focus on solely building muscle in their own ways, Ron's focus for me was the entire body. And it was a regimen I haven't found with any other trainer. My goals are to lose fat, build core strength and overall health. I would work out with Ron 2-3 times a week in addition to working out on my own (which is mostly weight training and some cardio). Ron's approach pushed my cardio while also strengthening my core muscles. They were always great and pushed my limits, something I really like. I saw great results as well. While everyone knows if you want to lose fat, it's a combination of diet and exercise. Ron helped me with both. My diet was already pretty good, but he helped me improve it. If you're seeking someone who will push you and your workouts, Ron has my highest recommendation.
I've been attending Lisa's workout classes for about a year now. She teaches cardio cross x which combines old school aerobics, plyometrics, kickboxing, strength training, and core workout! She has 30+ years of experience under her belt and teaches other styles of workout such as Pilates, body sculp, and more. She is an amazing instructor and friend. She knows everything about how the mind and body work. She's gone out of her way and stayed late to give advice on workout related questions I've had. She's amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend you to attend her classes. She brings great energy and will help bring our the best in you. Her classes are challenging and will push you to your limits. It will leave you wanting to come back for more! Guaranteed!.

Andrew was not only professional but very responsive to my needs. In terms of dieting, we worked out a specific diet plan that would gradually adjust my eating habits. When he felt I saw slipping on my progress, he would check in by text and make sure I’m eating the the right kind of foods. Me being the rebellious type, would often slip easily at the sign of any Drive Thru but Andrew would be a great resource for anyone who seeks encouragement to be a better eater. Excercises were refreshing and easy to understand. They consisted of a brisk warm up followed by challenging sets of workouts that target a specific area that I wanted focus on. Each session ended with a nice abdominal cool down. Overall I consider Andrew to be well knowledged as a personal trainer as well as a great motivator and guide. He will curb your habits for the better. If you are serious about making a change and are willing to put in the 100%, you will come out come out looking 100% as well.
At the beginning of the year I decided to hire a trainer to help me achieve my goal of losing 10lbs and becoming a faster runner. I found Susie onThumbtack and hired her soon after speaking with her. Susie was my trainer for 5 months. In those few months Susie put together a diet that helped me lose almost 15 lbs and she helped me make healthier food choices. I only worked out with her twice a week but she made sure we maximized our time and kept me focused. Susie motivated me constantly. She knew how intimidated I was with many of the machines and the free weight area of the gym so she made sure to incorporate different equipment during our sessions so that I would be familiar with how to use them once I decided to work independently. Susie also incorporated interval training and plyometric excercises to help me with speed on my runs. Since I began working with her my average pace has improved dramatically. Susie was exactly what I had hoped for in a trainer. She is both professional and knowledgeable. She far exceeded my expectations.
Excellent massage therapist. Skilled and thoughtful. Punctual and meticulous. He tailors the massage to fit your needs and can find all those knots and make them disappear. You will feel relaxed and wonderful when the massage is done.
Prior to training with Branden, I would workout on my own but felt like I wasn't reaching my goals. I was doing the same workouts over and over again. As an already-established fitness addict, I was running out of new and challenging exercises for my strength sessions. Avis restructured my entire training program by incorporating slower movements and adding tons of plyometric exercises! David has been my personal trainer for 9 months now and whether he likes it or not, he is sometimes my therapist--listening to my work or relationship issues between squats. He is the perfect balance of supportive, and no-nonsense, what every great trainer should be. In that time, my body fat percentage has gone down 7%--which, ladies, is amazing. He is very versatile with all styles of training and lets the program adapt to what works for you. We've done everything from heavy lifting, basketball/football drills, boxing, yoga, and plyometrics. He's very talented, and I only hesitate to endorse him more because I want to keep him to myself. That's how good he is.
