I highly recommend Mindy for her yoga instruction. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is particularly helpful in circumstances where someone has injuries or illnesses they are working to overcome. She is very kind, patient and wonderful to work with.

I have taken a number of classes with Kelly, and walked away from each session with clarity, calmness, lightness, and overall improved state of well-being. Sony was my private yoga instructor and occasional masseuse for over three years, twice a week. My time with her was extremely beneficial to my heath and well being. Sony has a terrific grasp of the physiology of yoga and massage. She also is a delight to work with and an excellent Thai yoga masseuse. On one memorable trip to a dude ranch high in the Sierras we brought Sony along as the yoga instructor and masseuse for the adults in a group of 15 people. Describe the job What did Stephanie Horsley help you with? Where was the job? How long did it take? I took Yoga instruction from Stephanie at her Yoga studio. She was most helpful in showing me not only the correct way to do each posture but how much more important it is to connect with ones inner being. While practicing yoga. Yoga is not a matter of time. It is up to the student the number of classes they want to take. Say what went well What impressed you about the service? Did Stephanie Horsley go above and beyond? Was Stephanie Horsley on time? How was the quality of the work? Most yoga classes I have attended emphasize more on the physical. Stephanie talks throughout her class. Describing each each pose, what the pose represents, how it works in the body, how the spiritual aspect of each pose affects healing in the body. Yes she goes above anf d beyond in all areas of her life. She is very punctual. In comparison to other classes I have taken the quality of her work is amazing. The quality of her work is Pristine. Point out what could have been better What would have improved your experience? What went wrong, if anything? How could Stephanie Horsley do better in the future? By more effort on my part to deeply listen to her as she was describing each pose. Nothing went wrong. I am not a master Yoga instructor so I have no comment here.

Honestly I am very new to yoga and I struggle through many of the poses, however Anissa gave me with the respect and courtesy you would expect from a well seasoned yoga instructor. Even with more advanced students in the same class, you can easily tell that Anissa's natural ability to relate and work with yogis of all levels is extremely valuable! She's a great yogi and an even better teacher!
If you've never taken a class from Eddie Suero, do yourself a favor and book one now. His extensive knowledge of the practice of yoga, outstanding teaching skills, and joyful disposition all add up to create the perfect instructor. Eddie somehow manages to push me toward my highest expression in a pose before I realize what's happening - maybe it's because he makes me feel like we're doing it together, eliminating the fear in some of those trickier poses. He creates a safe place to explore the limits of your personal yoga practice. Whether you're a total beginner or already a yoga superstar, you will love practicing with Eddie.
I have taken three yoga classes taught by Donatella Banks. I LOVE LOVE LOVED all three of them. One was a group class and I liked her approach because it was kind but still gave me the butt kicking that I want out of a yoga class. The other two were semi private classes, in that it was just myself and one of my best friends. Those were especially nice because they felt tailored to where we are at as yogis. She has a calmness to her voice that is really soothing and she SERIOUSLY knows her yoga game. She's good at challenging you without it feeling impossible. So in summary, I genuinely loved the classes I've taken with her and would seriously recommend her!!
As a chiropractor, I recommend Heather Beiler's yoga classes. She does a great job of teaching her students how to practice safely and effectively, all the while creating a calming and healing environment. It is good for people with acute back problems or for those who simply want to prevent future wear and tear on the body. Whatever your motivation for seeking yoga, Heather will meet you where you're at!
Adam is my all-time favorite yoga and meditation teacher. His wisdom, intuition, and creativity make for only the most positive, engaging, and (appropriately) challenging private and group classes. His warm, professional, easy-going attitude always makes me feel extremely comfortable. And if you like to incorporate music into your practice, his playlists can't be beat! Highly recommended, extremely talented teacher!!
Sofiya is a gifted yoga instructor and a true gem and incredible person. She is warm, supportive, and hugely knowledgeable. Her classes offer the perfect mix of challenge and relaxation. She is my favorite yoga instructor ever!
Genesis is an exquisite instructor, she embodies yoga. I've had her on a one-on-one and group setting. Each time I felt fabulous afterwards. She is truly kind, soulful and soothing. She takes the time to correct you and make sure that you are getting the full effect of your positions and that you will not strain/hurt yourself. I love her ending touches during Shavasana with the lavender and light massage around the temples and/or shoulders. Superb!
Ginger is the best! I worked with her up until I had to move out of the area but if I could put her on some kind of perminent yoga retainer and take her with me, I would. She can instruct at any level and easily adapts to whatever you need. She is fantastic at guided meditations as well which was my favorite part of her sessions.

I like to talk the client before hand and establish some rapport and inquire as to their level of expertise which determines how we proceed. I also like to discuss their goals in the context of yoga. That way if booking a course of lessons we can construct a program. In addition to the above I like to inject an element of fun because that's wants keeps people coming back.
