Unfortunately, I had called and confirmed the price on a special they were running; the admin who took the call did not get enough information from me to determine that I was not eligible for the special pricing. However, Luciano was able to tell me that before beginning work and said he would honor the price if he was able to clear the drain without having to break into the wall. Once he diagnosed the problem, he told me what my options were as well as the associated costs. He wore booties and even asked for cleaning supplies to clean up the mess that was made.10/10 would highly recommend!"See more

We just bought an old house built back in the last 1940’s and it needed an entire new plumbing system i.e. trench work, water heater, blocked pipes from overgrown tree roots. It was an extensive job and they still got it done early right before the holiday. They did a fantastic job! Eric and his team are amazing. Juan arrived on time and gave us a review of the issue which we believed to be a problem with the toilet. It turned out that there was a leak in the shower area that was actually causing the problem and we are now coordinating to have this project done in conjunction with replacement of some tiling. Juan was very professional in his explanation allowing us to understand what the problem was and how we needed to proceed. Definitely will be working with JEM Plumbing and Drain Cleaning again!
