- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on what is requested. I work on keeping all pricing budget friendly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a request has been sent, we will have an introduction with one another via phone. If all goes well, I will send a contract then we can start working together right away
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the restaurant industry for about 12 years and worked all positions from host to Catering Manager to being able to be an AGM. I’ve worked many events, more than I can count. I also work for another coordinating company presently. Lastly, my other job is in IT where I continuously work on troubleshooting problems remotely. I like to say, I have more of a solution based mind that loves troubleshooting to make things work.
