- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always up on the latest and greatest in my industry. I read as much as I can and associate with high caliber successful trainers in the area. Trainers all have different certifications, but we often seek out other knowledge to break out of the preconceived ideals that exists in one kind of certification training.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always practiced health, fitness, and nutrition in my own life. A personal friend connected me with a training studio as a part time job. I loved it and I have been their since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Core 4 workouts: Getting stronger in squats, presses, pulls, and core. Conditioning: High intensity cardio in short bursts Athletic training: Plyometrics, body weight, and balance Injury and injury prevention: Stretching and foam rolling
