From my initial conversation with him, to his communication when he was on the way, and throughout the entire process, he was very polite and professional. He skillfully diagnosed the cause of my kitchen drain line back up. Other plumbers told me that I needed to replace my lateral but something fell off about that. He was honest and showed me that it was just a small section of sagging pipe that needed to be corrected. Im grateful to have him as my new plumber!"See more
