Power Yoga Palm Springs is the most enriching experience! Janet and the other yogis truly give everything in their spirit to make it a one of a kind adventure. The classes offered encompass the diversity of yoga. The teachers are really knowledgeable and always willing to help! My favorite class by far is the hot yoga done by candlelight. It is a perfect place for winding down for the day! It has given me a safe place to heal through movement and breath. This studio embodies what yoga truly is and it really focuses on mind, body, soul connection. The studio is amazing and offers massages and spin classes in addition to the yoga classes.

I have been practicing yoga under the guidance of Glenda Wood for almost a year now. I was a dedicated Bikram Yoga student for about three years when a sudden brain aneurysm changed the course of my life. When I was able to begin practicing yoga again, the universe somehow found this amazing woman for me to begin a whole new journey and understanding of yoga. From the moment one meets Glenda, it is evident that she has a beautiful energy that emanates from within her and she shares it with all who are willing to experience a peaceful, calm joy and centering of self. Glenda begins each class with a profound intention that is relevant to what's going on in the world around us, and often includes a quote or poem from timeless philosophers and yoga gurus, which she reflects upon throughout her class. I am amazed by her ability to teach yoga to a beginner, a person in the process of healing such as myself, and the advanced yogi, all in the same class! She does this so instinctually by going through various modifications of each pose, so that everyone gets the benefits from the pose at their necessary level. I personally have evolved in body, mind and soul through my practice under the guidance of Glenda Wood. I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life and am grateful to Glenda because she has been an integral part of my journey to a healthier, happier me. I just hope that more people get to experience a yoga practice under her guidance. All it will take is one class to understand that she is a true healer and a very special spirit.
I have been fortunate enough to have had Fleur as a Pilates trainer on a 1 to1 basis as well as in a group session for several years. Her expertise is outstanding. She has the unique ability to teach by example and give her students an understanding they may not have had before. Her sensitive and caring way helps develop a strong and special bond. Fleur is very aware of health issues and in her group classes addresses those needs with her clients. I am a senior and have had osteoporosis for many years. With Fluer's help I have been able to strengthen the areas of weakness in my body. There are many Pilates instructors, but none that can compare to Fleur. How lucky I am to have found her!

Annie is the best yoga teacher and energy healer I've known. She has been a true mentor to me. Her class takes you on a journey within and is truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. I drive over 50 miles just to take Annie's class. Her energy healings are also extremely intense and therapeutic. Annie is the true definition of a healer. She is also an amazing human being. I trust her completely and I recommend her class to everyone I know.
Saying I disliked yoga is an understatement. When in the moment, my mind would wander and I would want to be doing just about anything else. Then I was referred to Alli. She is the real deal. She was trained in Rishikesh, India and knows REAL yoga. I had been learning it wrong this whole time - I cannot emphasize enough how good Alli is! She is an expert at all the different kinds of yoga and has really helped me increase not only my physical health but my mental health as well. 5 Stars!!

Ginger is the best! I worked with her up until I had to move out of the area but if I could put her on some kind of perminent yoga retainer and take her with me, I would. She can instruct at any level and easily adapts to whatever you need. She is fantastic at guided meditations as well which was my favorite part of her sessions.
