My old HP Laserjet 2200d printer stopped printing on paper in the bottom paper storage area. So I used the upper front loading of paper to print. But, this eventually stopped printing also. I took the HP printer to ABC Office Systems on a Thursday and left it with Kenneth Weigel. Later Ken called me and told me the printer needed a part he did not have and would have to send for the part. He said he would have the part on Monday. I said I needed my printer, but I guess I would have to wait until Monday. However, Ken then phoned me a few hours later and said my printer was now working on both the bottom paper and the upper paper. He said he drove to the company to pick up the part the printer needed, rather then send for it, and fixed it the same day. That was really great of Ken. I picked up the printer and it worked just fine. The printer was also cleaned and it looked new again. I will return to ABC Office Systems again if I ever need a printer fixed again.

Will Neal came to my house to repair my HDLaserjet Printer. He was very courteous and professional and even tried to help me with an ongoing computer problem. Neither was successful. The failure was not his fault. The problem was that after his working and cleaning inside and outside of the printer, the repairs failed because part of the problem was a hidden broken gear. This problem would have cost equal or been more expensive than purchasing a new printer. The computer problem was something that only my server could solve. I did end up contacting Charter Spectrum and did get the computer problem solved. I did appreciate that Will Neal charged me a very reasonable price for being here and working for over three hours. He is honest in his assessments and recommendations. He thinks that parts for my 5-year old Epson printer plus his labor to fix it, is not worth it compared to buying a new one. And I believed him, because I saw a new wifi Epson printer/copier/scanner for my purpose for less than $60.00 from Amazon.

Dennis arrived promptly at his appointment time. Very professional in every way. Paper was jamming and I was unable to print. Dennis found the problem and told us he would order the replacement part.
