Delta Food Service Management was beyond amazing!! They are a one stop shop. They offered us a full package including a dedicated event planner, catered our wedding (including cake), offered premium bar services that paired lovely wines with the food, served as our day-of coordinator and supplied us with professional bartenders and servers. Daniel was a dream to work with.He was super responsive and really helped guide my vision from day one. We received a ton of compliments on the food (we decided to switch it up, have some fun and had a full-on taco bar, spanish toast station and 3-course dinner). So much fun!!! And the cake turned out so beautiful, it exceeded all our expectations. DELTA is a one stop shop - they were able to provide everything from table linens to bistro lighting to miscellaneous items to rent. They totally transformed the venue and made it look so beautiful. I highly recommend their event planner and day of coordinator service. It was so nice to not have to worry about getting my personalized items there. Daniel, Stephanie and team took care of everything and it turned out perfect. Huge kudos and thank you again! -- I highly recommend working with them!!

Delta Food Service Management was an absolute godsend for us when my daughter and her now husband were insistent on getting married a few weeks ago…in the middle of a global pandemic. We had the ceremony covered, as it was outdoors, but since indoor dining was still prohibited, we needed to come up with a safe alternative for the reception. With a month's notice, we decided to shift the reception location to the backyard, and with the help of Delta, we were able to make it happen and in the safest manner possible. Daniel & Stephanie are so good at what they do. They visited the backyard and helped us conceptualize where everything could go. Daniel & Stephanie are a dream to work with. They are so responsive and suggested ways to make the event comfortable and safer for all. Delta is a one stop shop—they provided us with all different sizes of tables to accommodate different size social bubbles, chairs, linens, lighting, AV equipment, and of course the most AMAZING food EVER! Chef Daniel and his team can get down and cook! Delta has a super extensive custom menu, and our guests were raving about the food for days! They made my daughter's wedding memorable! The entire Delta team from delivery to set up to take down made our day magical and we were able to focus on our daughter and son-in-law :) Thank you Daniel, Stephanie, and Delta team for making our kids’ dreams into a reality!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I contacted Delta Food Service Management at the last minute for a spur of the moment party to celebrate the retirement of one of my colleagues. Daniel and Stephanie were an amazing team that dazzled our group the entire time with their excellent service, delicious food and professional attentiveness. We hired DFSM for our parents 40th Wedding Anniversary to handle the food aspect of our event. They customized a menu based on our likings and made sure they knew if any guest would have a food allergy restriction. Daniel and Stephanie made this process a breeze from start to finish for us and we didn't have to worry about anything that day since they were always communicative. On the day of the event, they showed up at the time as per contract and had our food table set up beautifully (we did a buffet style). Our guests still talk about the quality and presentation of food we had at the event! I have recommended DFSM over and over to all our friends and family.

Our pricing system is completely customized. We cater to all individual and group needs. We take in consideration each wedding/event and service the utmost quality at a customized price range.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the client on a personal level is a high priority. We try to understand the clients needs, likes and dislikes. We create a total proposed packaged, detailing what we are capable of offering. To keep things transparent, we discuss arrangements and provide contract proposals. Our goal is to provide a satisfying experience when booking a vendor.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional chef Daniel Torres, has over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry and hospitality management. Daniel has been a chef at various Michelin-rated establishments throughout his career and has spent the last 5 years as the Executive Chef at the Ace Hotel and Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles. Daniel is a Michelin-rated chef that has directed corporate hospitality’s food & beverage departments, developed restaurants and managed numerous memorable wedding and private events. Our all-star team consists of professionals that come with knowledge and years of experience within the industry.
