Job: private wedding event at private residence. Employee was well mannered and showed up early and called me before unloading and pulling up. Only needed one electrical connection and was able to set up independently. We ordered the outdoor enclosure and it was a black screen setup with enough costume accessories and hats. They supplied is with a scrapbook and it was assembled and presented before the employee left. Overall I was glad they communicated effectively online and during the reception ,showed up early and made my wedding reception a smooth flowing event with being able to capture many of my guest before departed.

I hired Ricki, my Special Event Genie, to work her magic (and dedicated hard work) on my 70th Birthday Party. Every detail was absolutely perfect. Ricki kept in touch with me by phone, text and in person meetings from the day I hired her, came to my event hours early and stayed late to manage clean up. She knew every aspect of party planning from table position and centerpieces that maintain a theme to creative displays to timelines — All of my guests enjoyed interacting with her and everyone had a good time.

I am a DJ and I have worked with many event planners over the years. Michelle is one of the very best! I find her to be very professional, knowledgable and always prepared. Weddings in particular can have unexpected moments and she handles them with grace and ease. She takes the time to make sure the events she manages are special, memorable and fun! BEST EVENT PLANNER, HANDS DOWN!!!! I hired Ingrid and her team last minute for decorations and event planning for a work party. By far, the best decision I've ever made. My wedding is in August, and I've went along and hired her for that event as well. She's proficient, efficient, and a visionary!! Her ideas are so thoughtful and personally organized! I am so impressed with her work and her expertise. She never ceased to amaze me. I got so many compliments on her flower arrangements and decorations that for so perfectly with the theme. I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve for my wedding in August. Also, this wasn't the first time I've hired Ingrid for an event. I hired her back in November 2015 for my MIL 50th birthday party. Her husband and herself, arrived much earlier for setup and made sure everything was the way we wanted it to look, before hey left the scene. They are so professional and such hard workers. I got a ton of compliments on their work that our family friend also hired her for her services for their wedding too! I will always refer Ingrid, without a doubt! She's my go-to person since Nov 2015.

Mari has put together many parties for me with a wide variety of themes, but the first and most important one she arranged was my engagement party. Mari impressed me with her discretion, creativity, and attention to detail. Subsequent events I have hired her for or watched her put together included a Harry Potter dinner and trivia contest, a National Treasure party, A Charlie Brown Christmas and a Dr. Seuss costume party and dinner. Each were huge successes. She's amazing!

The job was feeding a "mob" of Israeli guys (mostly guys, few females) over the holiday weekend. I provided the backyard, the ingriediants and music. Laura from Coalescence provided the rest (for a very fair fee, I might add). She arranged the menu, gave me an accurate material list to buy and instructions on what to do before she shows up. I followed instructions and as soon as she showed up, she took charge, cooked everything, prepped the plates, set up the tables and fed the "mob". I got the credit from my friends for finding her and letting her do her thing. Party tuned out to be great. All my guests were stuffed and happy. I was happy that it made me look very "domestic" and a professional host. I was able to impress the ladies (even thought I did almost nothing and Laura did it all). Win - win - win for everyone. I highly recommend hiring Laura, but I also recommend getting out of her way and letting her do it her way. She knows what she's doing and you, as a host, can't lose!

Getting Susan as our wedding day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. At first we were unsure about even needing someone since we had many offers of help from families and friends for the day of, and we had already booked most of our vendors by ourselves. Little did we know how many details we had not considered until we met with Susan to discuss the wedding day. She was so organized and very attentive to detail. She had an itemized list of all the wedding decorations, worked with us and our vendors to get our timeline nailed, and was in constant contact with us and making sure we were still getting our boxes checked. We had a death in the immediate family a few weeks before the wedding, and Susan went beyond her duties of day of coordinator to help us during that time, offering support and advice. We also lived about an hour away from the wedding venue and even further from her but she was always accommodating. We had our wedding at the Odyssey Restaurant and it was a very tight schedule but Susan was able to work her magic and get everything set up perfectly for the ceremony and reception (decorations, party favors, candy bar, etc) with the limited amount of time that the restaurant allowed. It was wonderful having Susan be a part of our day and if we could have, we would have chosen her as our wedding planner throughout the whole process from the beginning. We would definitely recommend Susan to our friends and family for any event planning.

We had EventSpell decorate and manage everything for my bridal shower and they did a phenomenal job! I was blown away at how great the tables and centerpieces looked. The wall that was decorated was truly spectacular. It takes someone with a great sense of imagination and design to have transformed the area from an empty dull clubhouse into a Great Gatsby themed shower. I was awestruck by everything because it felt like I was stepping back into time. I could not have asked for a better shower and Ishita did a great job with everything! I would highly recommend her services to anyone planning a party, wedding, shower, etc!

Iris did so much for us to make this our best holiday event to date. It was a breeze on my part, she did all of the planning, finding the DJ and venue. We worked together on menu items, and were able to taste test in advance. The salmon was amazing, as was the tri-tip. Iris is also a truly sweet person, and I enjoyed planning this event with her very much. She was very accommodating, and delivered as promised. Thank you! I would highly recommend her for your event planning.

Tawny, and the All Dolled Up experience, is nothing short of amazing. We gave her a last minute job, and with only a week to prepare, she planned, executed, and delivered a seamless plan that made our engagement party the best event either of us has ever hosted. We had combined our engagement party with our housewarming, and not only did Tawny coach us on how to showcase our house well, she took our less than beautiful back yard and turned it into an elegant and stylish party central. We just figured everyone would want to hang in the house, but the amazing transformation of the backyard made for a wonderful outdoor celebration. And the FOOD!! OMG...Tawny can COOK, no doubt about that. We went with an Italian menu that was positively devoured by our friends, and the chafing dishes were regularly refreshed throughout the evening. Having the catering and party planning all under Tawny's magic wand made for such easy communication. No having to deal with multiple vendors, Tawny does it all. Her staff is amazing too. Her three assistants were punctual, friendly, helpful, and exceptionally professional. The treated both ourselves and our guests with the utmost respect and consideration. Once our party started, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves and our friends. Tawny created an environment that was completely stress free for us. She and her staff regularly checked in with us throughout the evening, to make sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. And they were continually on top of the entire house and party area with their attention always on detail. When all was said and done, and the party over, Tawny and her staff left our house spic and span, so all we had to do was enjoy the remainder of our evening and drift off to sleep. No stone left unturned, not a beat missed, not a single element forgotten... We'll never throw a party without Tawny again!

Karen is true to her company's name- a DREAM! It was such a joy to work with her, and having her calming presence around one of the most potentially stressful situations was a Godsend! We had a very unconventional ceremony and reception location, and she had incredible ideas that really saved the day- She organized and wrangled a complicated venue, all the while being so positive and calm. She is patient, structured, thorough, and just such a joy to be around! You can tell that she's seen it all, because nothing rattled her, and she had inventive solutions for every single hurdle we had: event flow, ceremony planning, venue snafus! We are so grateful and blessed to have this attentive, experienced planner coordinate our wedding, and you will be, too!!

" In planning my wedding, my goal was to find all the perfect details to make my special day one to remember. I had gone through a TON of flower consultations before I talked with Megan about doing my wedding party arrangements. After discussing my vision with her, it was clear that she was on my page with what I was searching for! I really appreciated being able to throw ideas around with her until I found exactly what I wanted through her suggestions. I didn't get any particular style shoved to me like the other florists had done a couple times prior. It was a joy to work with Megan and her staff to make my flower arrangements the most beautiful ever. Every idea that she came up with was so creative and spot on with my fall rustic theme wedding. Megan has such attention to detail and creativity in her design ideas. If it wasn't for her knowledge and passion to make the best creations possible, I wouldn't have found the perfect look for my wedding. I absolutely LOVED every piece that she made for my wedding party. From the bridesmaids gorgeous orange daisy bouquets to my beautiful white and orange bridal bouquet, and all the men (especially my husband) looks sharp with their boutonnieres. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had, and so many amazing shots were captured of these lovely arrangements. My wedding day was perfect! It was my pleasure working with Katherine. This lady is extremely courteous, professional and caring. She and her team had created wonderful experience and beautiful party for my baby’s 1st birthday. We had a limited area for an event but Katherine came up with a solution to accommodate kids corner and adult mingling. Throughout the process we had an easy communication. Katherine listened and transformed our ideas into reality. She had coordinated everything from decor, food catering to kids entertainment. On the day of the event, her whole team worked very well together. They were all very CALM!!! I had a very stressful personal experience of organizing a party by myself before. The voice in my head kept telling me that I made a right decision of hiring a planner and choosing Lavishly Yours Events. They took my stress away. I was happy! Deuce was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning my husband’s 40th birthday party. I wanted something that would be unforgettable but still within my budget and Deuce was able to come through with everything I wanted and more. I consider myself a pretty creative planner but I definitely pale in comparison to Jackie’s creativity when it comes to decor, presentation, and making the whole event from start to finish very memorable for my husband.
