- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing reflected on our Thumbtack profile is base price for services. Actual pricing will depend on the number of hours, technicians required and equipment that will be required for your event. We strive to produce top notch events and we will do our best to meet your budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To do our job well, we need some basic info regarding your event to get started. Please be prepared with the following info. Venue size / rough estimate Number of people expected, or actual sound coverage area required Type of event - DJ, band/s, festival, church, etc. AV equipment and quantities required such as mics, wireless, etc. Video requirements (if any) Stage requirements and dimensions Lighting requirements - dance, ambient, etc.
