- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer. Set up a meeting to visit or be visited. Listen to their needs, wants, ideas, plans and wishes. Establish a budget plan. View ideas and plans with client. Make sure the client and Encore Decorations are on the same page and agree with the final plan. Excite their event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a owner I have 27 years experience in decorating and party rentals. I have previously owned floral, balloon and party supply businesses. I have more than 27 years of customer service experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I initially bought a store for my mother to supplement her income in 1990. From there I have jumped in with both feet and continued in the business.
