The lessons will take place on a beautiful rooftop in the heart of Hollywood near Hollywood and Vine, with inspiring views in every direction. What better place to learn how to dance? Anja grew up learning to dance salsa in the clubs from the masters and has gone on to teach others this beautiful expression of dance that she has become so passionate about. Anja has traveled all over the world and has taught salsa workshops/lessons in Switzerland, the Netherlands and was so happy to bring salsa to the country of Guinea-Bissau in West Africa where she had the unique opportunity of performing a combination of traditional and contemporary African dance mixed with salsa at the Portuguese embassy. Most recently, she has taught group lessons at Iguana in Midtown Manhattan, as well as private lessons throughout NYC to people of all ages and levels. Los Angeles is now very lucky to have Miss Lopes, and she is excited to bring this amazing dance here. Anja can also teach in Spanish, French, (Swiss-) German and English. The rate for this unique opportunity is $50/hour for private lessons, as well as group package rates depending on the number of people. Multiple lesson discount is also available.
