• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I'm offering a discount on assembling: 2-4 items = 10%. 5-7 items = 15% 8 or more items = 20% On services per hour: 4-8 hours = 10% 9 and more hours = 20%

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I arrive and start working as soon as you contact me if I am available.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am an engineer with a technical degree and also have several construction specialties.
