Mr. Emile, was able to make me talk about barriers to my weight challenges. He was able to target three key areas in my every day life that were culprits to my weight gain: 1) Not getting enough sleep, not allowing myself enough personal time to even consider living a healthier lifestyle, and my extreme lack of nutrition. He also tailored my program to fit my personality, which is a plus for me. Mr. Emile is starting me out with small goals. My 18-year old daughter wanted to learn the basics of cooking, and so we hired Beth from The Cooking Coach 101 for the 5 private cooking classes. We have done 2 so far, and we have learned already so much! From how to organize our own cabinets and the fridge, to what herbs, spices and knives to use, to knife techniques and ways of cooking, such as browning (cooking techniques that I only knew by name before); just to name a few. I wish I had taken this class 30 years ago and I am so grateful and thrilled that I can give my daughter a gift that she can use a life time and pass it on to her children! Beth is an amazing and patient teacher with so much knowledge and brilliant ideas, I highly recommend her!
Marcello is extraordinary. I had my first lesson last week where I learned how to make an amazing, fresh sauce with zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and a little bit of olive oil. I didn't know I can make something so delicious yet so simple. Marcello really took the time to teach me the details of proper knife techniques, picking fresh ingredients, and proper cooking mechanics. I learnt so much in my first lesson, and I can't wait to have another lesson with him. Also, you get a lesson in Italian while you're at. This guy is great!
