The meal she planned for us was delicious and had all the ”Vietnamese flavor” that I especially ask her for, she took the time to research about Vietnamese ingredients and use them in perfect balance.
All the experience was great, and for sure I will be calling her for another special occasion!

Also, Chef Demetria was truly a pleasure to have in the kitchen. Her energy was amazing, which clearly poured into the food. She was very professional and obviously passionate about plant-based living! We learned a lot that night about enhancing a plant-based lifestyle. I would HIGHLY recommend her services across the board! Positive vibes and great food!!
