FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by having a conversation to understand their expectations, preferences, and what they’re looking to achieve-whether it’s decluttering, creating a more functional space, or maintaining long-term organization. Then, I either visit the space in person or review photos to get a better sense of the layout and challenges. From there, I create a customized plan that fits their lifestyle and goals. Once we agree on the approach, we start the hands-on work, followed by an evaluation to make sure the new system works well for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually started organizing spaces for family and friends. Even as a teenager, I enjoyed tidying and creating order in my friends’ homes-it came naturally to me. Over time, I realized how much I loved it and how fulfilling it felt to turn cluttered spaces into calm, functional ones. That’s what led me to start doing it more intentionally.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I’d recommend finding someone who truly listens to your needs and respects your space. Organizing is a personal process, so it’s important to work with someone who’s non-judgmental, patient, and able to create systems that fit your lifestyle-not just something that looks good for a moment. Also, look for someone who values both function and aesthetics, and who can help you maintain your space long term, not just do a one-time cleanup.
