I even started to believe them. One day, I realized i could either listen to them or I could do something about it. I decided to “do something about it” and lost 60 pounds in 6 weeks with a strict diet and exercise program. Now, I want to show you that no matter what other people say, you can do something about how you look and how you feel. I’m here to to help you push thru the challenges (just like I did my own) and become the person you really want to be! 15 years of RESULTS.. I specialize in fat loss, core strength, injury rehab (knees, back, shoulders, etc.) and body transformations (fat loss & muscle gain). Looking forward to helping you achieve your goals and making you another success story. 💪🏽 My huge knowledge base from a variety of fitness backgrounds (15 years including; TIER 3+ at Equinox, Barry’s BootCamp, David BARTON Gym, Crunch & Athletes Performance) along with an extensive understanding of human psychology and physiology (B.S. Exercise Phys & B.S. in Psychology) allows me to keep the workouts fresh, interesting and goal focused. I believe seeing and feeling RESULTS along with keeping it mentally stimulating & physically challenging are key. We’ll use a variety of different types of equipment including; bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, bands/cables, machines (at a gym), medicine balls and more! FAQ’s *There are discounts per session for pre paid packages of 10, 25 or 50 sessions. **Sessions are one hour in length unless otherwise agreed upon and that time starts at the beginning time scheduled regardless of tardiness. ***Sessions expire 1 year from time of purchase ****Venmo, PayPal or Cash is the preferred method of payment but alternative means are possible. *****Sessions need to be pre-paid with the exception of the very first meeting. ******* a trial session is offered at the cost of $125 (prepaid). The cost of that session will be applied to any package purchased with 7 days of completing that session. ********24 hour/ 6 hour cancellation policies. Sessions scheduled that are cancelled with less than 24 hours until completion will be charged at the rate of 1/2 session (1/2 session forfeited). Sessions canceled with less than 6 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the session price (1 session forfeited). Hands down the best trainer in Los Angeles. I asked for quick results for my wedding and Jason delivered. He is extremely knowledgeable about diet and exercise and really is great at motivating you to push yourself. Hire him now you won't regret it.

Josh is a kind of stealth trainer. He's so personable and positive that you almost don't realize that he's paying detailed attention to your form and progress. I've been with him a year now, and wanted to increase my strength, and I am dead lifting 80, legoressing 210 and so much more...and I should mention that I'm a regular 70 year old woman. His training is subtle, effective and fun, every day, with great results. I feel like Wonder Woman, with more goals ahead! Josh is the Best!

I've taken Jason's classes at Barry's Bootcamp as well as personal sessions. He's been doing this for ten years and is extremely knowledgable about proper form, nutrition, and the right amount of push within your limits. He will def get you to your goals!

I moved to LA years ago and have lost approx 40 pounds working with Jason in private and group sessions. He's not only knowledgeable on physiology, food and exercise but he's also a great guy. Kept me motivated, provided me guidance and encouragement and was fun to train with. Whenever I need to get in shape, he's the guy I call.

If you want great fitness RESULTS work with Jason/the 90210 Trainer. He is an excellent instructor that is very motivating, fun to be around and most importantly gets you the abs, butt and body you want fast!
