FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always give a free 15-20 minute virtual session with no commitment required. This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another. In this session, I'll go over your health history, limitations, and goals. From there, I offer 1-on-1 Private Virtual and In-Person Sessions. Here are the approximate baseline prices. Virtual: $60/hr I train at a monthly rate providing clients with 1-3 training sessions per week. I would be happy to provide exact costs for each package upon request. I also offer a referral system in which 1 referral is a 20% discount on any package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the first 15-20 minutes for us to get to know one another. I learn about your healthy history and your goals, and you learn about my training style. From here, we will do technique training to make sure you master each movement. Then, we will get you on a scientifically structured program, utilizing those exercises, to help you reach your goals. That's when the real fun starts!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from an Olympic Training Center, a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certification, and a Personal Trainer Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
