Introduction: Hi, I'm Jackie! I'm originally from Orlando, FL, currently residing in Los Angeles, CA working full-time as a Certified Public Accountant. In my journey to becoming a CPA, I turned to fitness to help relieve stress and center the chaotic world around me. For me, fitness is a lifestyle. It has been integrated in my life since the age of 5, which was the first time I picked up a basketball, and it has stuck with me ever since. So becoming a personal trainer was the natural next step for me.
As a former WBCBL Semi-Pro Women's Basketball player, I understand the value of having a clear and concise schedule to achieve optimum success in everything I do, especially as a personal trainer. There are not enough ways to say thank you to Jackie for helping me on my health and fitness journey. Through her guidance and programs, she dropped me down over 45 pounds. When I look at the before and after pictures I still get surprised that I even let myself get to such a place before and I owe that transformation all to her honestly. I won’t lie and say it was easy but I can definitely say it was worth it. I definitely recommend her!
