I use different body weight techniques to get you having a lifetime of lean body mass. If you can control your complete body, you can do anything. You can become an extreme athlete. My favorite part of the job is when someone breaks a barrier or a fear. It could even be from walking to running. Someone facing their trials brings me joy.

Adrien is, in a word, awesome. He always welcomes me with a great big smile that lets me know we're about to work hard and have fun doing it! He is also extremely knowledgable, and knows exactly when to push me further and when to give me modifications for my back and ankle problems. I usually can't stand exercise but Adrien has done wonders to help me get over myself and just do it. One of the best parts of the class is being able to see how much stronger I'm getting. Every couple of weeks he'll have us repeat a certain workout that helps measure our progress. I've surprised myself multiple times by breaking my own best sprint times. There's nothing more satisfying than realizing that one workout I thought might kill me 3 weeks ago suddenly seems so much easier. Not easy - he's never let me get that comfortable - just easiER. Working out outdoors is a huge bonus, too. We live in a beautiful place - why not take advantage? Adrien utilizes the bluffs, the stairs, and the beach below in a way that keeps the workouts interesting and unpredictable. Not only that, but he's friendly and fun to be around, and he attracts a wonderful group of positive people and sets a great teamwork vibe. I want them to succeed and vice versa. Adrien makes exercise as fun as it can possibly be, which is a huge compliment considering how much I usually hate exerting myself and just sweating in general! If you're looking for a great group class in Santa Monica, try him out!

I belong to one of Adrien's bootcamp classes that takes place on the Santa Monica bluffs (M/W/F 6:30am). I've been taking his class for 3 and a half years now, because I've never worked with anyone else who cared as much about his clients as Adrien does. Aside from working our butts off and keeping the sessions varied so there's never a chance to get bored with any one exercise, he checks in on us outside of class as well. He really looks at his sessions as a whole package deal, so he'll talk to us about what we're eating outside of class, what other exercise we're doing on off days, what kind of stress we're under, and generally what are our goals and what we're looking to gain from class. He's invested in each one of his clients and in turn it creates a real sense of community as we become invested in him as well. He knows when to be tough and when to give us a break, and more than anything makes the workouts fun. I couldn't imagine another trainer that goes above and beyond the way Adrien does!

Adrien is a great trainer! He listens to your goals and helps you attain them. Each workout was new and never repetitive. My body never looked so good!

I was part of a small group of coworkers who would attend "bootcamp" workout sessions every Tuesday and Thursday afternoons during lunch break. Adrien was a good motivational coach who taught us a lot of ways to stay active without overdoing it. Although we have moved away from Santa Monica and no longer attend his bootcamp sessions we have all in some way continued our exercise routines using what he taught us. He's a good friend and coach!

Such an inspiring trainer! He's tough but also kind, which is exactly what everyone needs to get on their feet and moving towards health. I feel strong, healthy and I have much more of a drive to work out!
