Melody is an experienced and committed trainer. I’ve been training with her for almost 7 months now with personal one-on-one sessions. She is focused, motivated, tough, she cares about her clients and understand when to push limits to get results. I started training twice a week, really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into the sessions. Melody is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. She's extremely nice and always available to move stuff around in order to accommodate her client’s schedule, but she’s no BS, no excuses! Although I'm a food & carbs lover, I can tell my strength, resistance and muscles definition has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, generally push myself harder throughout each session. Importantly: – She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – She is extremely reliable and punctual – never canceled on me, with an exercise routine planned. – She is creative: wanna boxe 🥊? She’ll ensure you’ll have fun and be dripping wet after 5 min. Dance? Weight lift? Cal burning exercises? She’ll take care of you and surprise you. – She is inspiring, but not unrelatable. I'm overweight and sometimes unhealty, and Melody knows what that means, and to me it's very important to work out supervised by someone that understands you mentally above all. Just a quick note to thank you for everything you have done while training me over the last few months. Looking back , just the thought of stepping into the gym was terrifying. I’ve been training with Melody for over a year now. With in this past year I’ve lost almost 30 lbs with her and I have learned so much. I learned how to control my food, what to look for when I go shopping and I love the fact that she is accessible to me 24/7 even when we are not training. She has me send a food blog every day and gives me homework which really helps me hold myself accountable. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start out with a free consultation to get a better idea of my clients needs based of that I see up a program and give a complimentary session and will go from there.
