Susan is amazing. That inner light of hers makes the postures flow so easily. The peace she generates helps make you relax so the body and spirit blend together and the physical aspect of the yoga becomes so natural. As out of shape as I have been, she seems to begin where I am, and whatever level this is, works just fine with her.
Alex is very intuitive as a teacher and leads a wonderful yoga experience. I have taken a small traditional flow class with her and also stand up paddleboard flow. So fun, and I can't wait to take additional classes.
I recently had a one-on-one vinyasa flow session with Vlad on the beach in Santa Monica. It was hands down the best yoga experience that I have ever had. Not only was the setting beautiful, I learned so much about yoga and proper technique. I have just started practicing yoga and having a one-on-one session really helped me focus on my technique. Vlad was very attentive and tailored the session to my skill level. He pointed out a lot of adjustments that I need to make. I also have some issues with my shoulder and knees. He was able to make suggestions on how I could adjust certain positions to not strain or aggravate these past injuries. I learned so much more than I would have in a group class. I am definitely going to schedule my next one-on-one this week.
So present. I'm apprehensive when it comes to yoga and Jacob has the ability to help you relax. His words are gentle and kind and flow together that it pulls you more into him. His poses push you just enough, that for an inexperienced yogie like me it helped me feel confident and not out of place in the class. Isabelle is incredibly educated and experienced as a yoga instructor, specializing in teaching Soleil Yoga Flow, her own style of Vinyasa & Tantra mix infused with ancient wisdom, modern science, breathing and meditation. Isabelle also gives several exciting retreats each year, and is well known as a wellness yoga instructor for corporations, companies, and private clients. Isabelle is an exceptionally disciplined and positive instructor and a joy to be around.
In spite of physical challenges, I love John's Kali Natha Yoga classes. His passion and beliefs are what inspire me to do the Yoga from the inside. Kali Natha Yoga is about connecting your heart to the meaning of a movement and the emersion with it-not how far you stretch or how long you hold a pose. John encourages this connection beautifully.
Angela is an amazing yoga instructor. With her love and kindness she helped me find inner peace even throughout the most stressful times in my life. She uses vinyasa flow and reiki techniques throughout her class which I think are a perfect combination. A true professional. I highly recommend :)

Way beyond 5 Stars! Justin is truly an amazing and intuitive soul who is a gentle and encouraging teacher, yet pushes yogis to their next level. On a physical level, his classes provide adaptations for varying levels of difficulty, and they are well-balanced and prepared; often combining asanas with mudra and pranayama practices. He is SO encouraging and positive throughout class and is not shy to make adjustments that bring students more correctly or deeper into poses. But the yoga experience with Justin goes way beyond physical/athletic goals of strength and flexibility. Justin’s spiritual side draws great intention into his yoga teaching — so you leave feeling “worked out” on both the outside and the inside. Mind clearer, heart open, and with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment. Justin is super accessible throughout class and goes on the journey with you. A studio favorite to anyone that has practiced with him, including me :) On a Reiki level, I’ve recently had one experience with Justin (which was INCREDIBLE) and it certainly will not be the last session. I had known Justin as an instructor and friend already, so there was a lot of trust there going into it. But that isn’t a requirement — it was just my personal experience. Prior to the session, he was completely professional and thorough in explaining was Reiki is, what he would be doing during the session, and established a space where I was encouraged to be open and honest in order to let the energy flow. The session was very moving and very powerful — I could feel its effect for days after. And similar to his yoga classes, Justin goes on the Reiki journey with you — so you feel supported and loved throughout. A truly beautiful experience. Justin is an incredible human being, teacher, and reiki master. If you have the opportunity to practice with or work with him — TAKE IT! xo
I love taking Tina's yoga classes. I find them to be invigorating with the perfect balance of challenge. I leave energized and ready to conquer my day. Tina has a natural zen which shows while she teaches her vinyasa yoga flows. If you are looking for a warm inviting environment with. Someone that truly cares about your practice this is the class for you!
Alexis is a very intentional yoga instructor. She chooses the vinyasa flows mindfully, factoring in the various skill levels of the students in the class. She brings a very calming, peaceful energy to the class and strives to make sure everyone is included by providing modifications for more difficult positions. I particularly enjoyed the Tibetan singing bowl sounds at savasana and the chill tunes she curated for the duration of the class.
Madi is an EXCELLENT yoga instructor! She’s has planned my workouts with my weakness & strengths in mind, as I️ grow with time & experience. She is flexible with our appointment times in case of conflicts with scheduling.. She has that “Yoga” knowledge of all the poses and also interjects different styles in our workouts. From Vinyasa Flow to some Kindelini! I LOVE her zen & spiritual positivity that she brings to her teaching. She truly lives in that mindset! Very refreshing and relaxing. I already have gained flexibility & strength and muscle tone ,as I continue my private workouts. The largest importance of having private Yoga instruction, is having someone make sure of how you do your poses & that your positioning is correct so injuries can be AVOIDED. It is easy to take a group class and possibly injure yourself because you aren’t doing the correct pose. It’s so hard for an instructor to see how each member of a class is actually performing. Also in privates, you can move in levels of experience at your own pace, and have CUSTOM WORKOUTS based on ones needs. Possibly wanting an ENERGETIC workout to a STRENGTH or RESTORATIVE if needed for sore or achy muscles. I’m ADDICTED to this private class! Hard to give up when each workout can be customized as I️ grow!! TRY THIS INSTRUCTOR! So awesome !!
I have not only had the joy of practicing & meditating alongside Valentina in class, but as a teacher herself, she offers so much love & support to her students. It is a gift to do yoga under her guidance. She inspires me to find strength, flexibility & movement I never imagined possible in my own body, and for her gentle but fun approach to teaching, I am incredibly grateful. The beautifully light energy Valentina brings to her classes and one-on-one sessions, comes from a place of pure love for the entire practice of yoga. Connecting both the body & mind throughout every minute you are in her presence. Her sequences are designed to suit all levels, through the power of her Vinyasa flow, to the deep stretching and her knowledge of Yin Yoga. This allows each of her students to individually challenge their own bodies, in the most carefully considered ways. By practicing the art of balance, creating space in your body, dancing to the beats of the best soundtrack (which is bound to make you smile!) and being given the opportunity to play on your mat with a new sense of confidence and ease. It is amazing to walk out of the studio feeling lengthened, stretched, open, strong, peaceful and most of all, happy! There are too many things I can say about this lady. First off, she is the first instructor that has come to my own home, and made me feel so comfortable. So convenient! I was expecting a typical restorative yoga session, but she comes with all the bells and whistles. She turned my living room into an oasis: - mats, boosters, straps - aromatherapy, lavender eye-pillow - ayurvedic insight - chilled-out music. You name it. Since she knows the meaning and power behind each pose, she crafts a 60-min restorative flow designed to heal. Her intention to heal people through the power of yoga left my body, mind, and home feeling blessed. This is more than a yoga session. It is a healing session- no speaking or thinking required. I have her booked again for next week, and plan to purchase one sessions as a gift to each of my bridesmaids before my up and coming wedding. Thanks Ashley- you're the best!
I've been practicing yoga for about 7 years under a variety of teachers, but Catherine's way of guiding the practice is absolutely perfect. Her way of combining mediation and relaxation with a dynamic vinyasa flow and positions to strengthen all muscle groups always made me feel amazing after class. She would also let you be your own teacher and push yourself only as far as you want to go, which to me is one of the most important qualities in a yoga instructor. If there were more than 5 stars, I would give her as many as possible.:) Namaste.
Karina is a wonderful Yoga teacher and Reiki healer. She has been working on my overall well-being, not only limited to physical but also energetic conditions, for over a year and I am very pleased with the result. Karina is a thoroughly professional, very down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, warm and knowledgable person with an energizing personality. She has amazing energy and is a great teacher. She is all about offering healing in your best interest. Those are the first qualities that attracted me to her. One of the best qualities about Karina is her passion for what she does. She is a gifted healer. I always leave feeling lighter, refreshed and energized. She is also an amazing life coach. She does a wonderful job of teaching you that you have the ability to heal yourself and to improve your own life. The fact that she wants people to know that they have the power to heal themselves speaks multitudes of her belief in what she does and is the reason why many clients continue seeing her long term. Her yoga teaching helps me a great deal with realigning my long-term wrong bodily posture along with energetic flow in the body. The Reiki therapy heals blockages of energy within my body from past emotional trauma. She combines the two and, along with meditation practice, presents me a total package of healing and a whole new perspective on life. Melina guided me through several yoga vinyasa flow sessions, which have helped me in strengthening my core, and leg muscles. She gives very clear directions in her class and guides you through the flow in a systematic manner. She came across as a very calm person, who cares about you and is all ears when you speak.
