- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no out of pocket services to you. My payment is based on commission whether you are a buyer or seller. Which is why I carefully choose my clients and make sure they are qualified and ready to buy or sell.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Buyers - I make sure my buyers get prequalified for the amount of the home they want to purchase before we do any showings or offers. Once we have that information, we start procuring a list of properties that suit your taste and budget For Sellers - At our listing appointment, I provide a 50 page CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) using my expert knowledge of the market and price your home to sell quickly and easily even in today's buyer's market. I will also give you a Seller's Net Sheet which will outline the total amount of profit you will end up with after all expenses are deducted from the transaction. I will also make sure that your home is going to sell by taking professional photography, staging (if needed), creating a 3D tour virtual walk through, drone photography of the house from above, internet marketing, putting the home on the MLS, inviting other agents to come to view your home for a brokers open house, hosting regular Sunday open houses, and negotiating the best offers for your home.
