Noe Arana and his crew were amazing. We had our house re-roofed in Studio City. The price was very reasonable, they were able to start the job really quickly and within a week it was done. Those guys worked amazingly hard. The crew that removed the old shingles did it in a day and left the area around the house clean as can be, which I couldn't believe since it is a messy task. The new roof team was great too and the cleanup each day and at the end was amazing. It was properly inspected before and after and everything went smoothly. It even rained the day after it was done and of course no leaks. Thank you guys and I would recommend you to anyone!

I am giving this review three stars as I feel they did a very good job on our roof repair however, there were a lot of negatives.Our roof was falling apart, however this communication is terrible. I believe his name is Abergel as that what his email states, but he went by Rey him and his workers had terrible communication. We were told they werent showing up on Memorial Day, however they did. We were told the roof was complete, but it wasnt. Pictures attached. They reused the same roof tiles And I asked once the tile was off if he could clean them and he said yes. After the job was complete, I asked again if they were going to clean them, and he said that they were not going to. I was very frustrated with their response to that. When he came to the job to look at the roof, we walked around the house, but we never got on top of the roof or was shown pictures of what the roof looks like up top. I thought that was a very negative part to the whole experience, as they should have shown pictures of what the completed job looked like.They left all sorts of trash: cigarettes, nails, water bottles, energy drink cans, and the felt paper trash all around our house. I asked him to have someone come by and pick it up, and he said that he would. He asked if I would be home on Saturday all day and I said yes. No one showed up and when I reached out to him he responded at 4 PM and said no one can come today. Can they come tomorrow. I never responded because I at this point felt they didnt care, nor did they respect the cleanup aspect to the job. I felt that all they cared about was getting paid. The cleanup never happened, he asked if I would be home another day all day. I responded to him and told him that I am tired of waiting around all day and no one shows up and there is no communication, pictures of our text messaging thread attached.Also, they cut a screen door & drilled holes into our bathroom. We told Rey, he asked to see pictures but never did one thing about it. More like an oh well attitude. My husband had to go to the store to fill the holes and the screen door we will have to fix at a later date. I know it is to be expected that things may break or tear in a job, but the lack of care was frustrating, basically only cared about getting paid.Again wasnt completely terrible job but it was very frustrating to deal with this lack of communication and terrible after care.Also to mention, non of the workers speak Spanish. If you dont speak Spanish, good luck. They are supposed to have one guy at the job site that speaks English but there was a few days that they didnt. On the days they didnt have anyone speaking English, they spliced our internet line on a Saturday and another time they put the extra tiles in the wrong area.I guess we will see come rainfall how the roof holds up. Note to self and future customers if you plan on going with this company wait to make last payment until the entire clean up is done correctly!!!!
