We reached out to Yuri several weeks ago to help with repairs for a leak resulting from the severe rains over the past couple of years. I found his original quote to be completely reasonable and felt confident in his ability to complete a fairly sizable job. After we started the work, we assessed a far worse situation than originally expected. Yuri was quick to pivot and gave a completely reasonable adjusted quote. He visited the next day to assess the tasks and provided an estimate within a day.
