Oh, the daunting task of replacing our ancient roof! We had been putting it off due to COVID, but the winter storm in 2023 made it unavoidable. Yuri was there for us every step of the way, from providing an estimate to setting a date and helping us select the roofing materials. He patiently and clearly answered all our questions, no matter how basic they seemed. The communication throughout the project was transparent, with no surprises. Our project even got moved up unexpectedly when someone else canceled. The crew arrived on time and kept everything tidy, cleaning up both our front and backyard. After passing the city inspection, Yuri did a final roof walk-through with me before the final payment, ensuring we were satisfied with the work. The roof, gutters, downspouts, custom skylights, and chimney covers were all impeccably installed and sealed. Yuril assured us that should any leaks occur due to rain, wind, or storms in the upcoming winter, we could call on him. The service was exceptional, and we hope we won't need to call him, but it's comforting to know we can.
